Weekend away tour Westcoast

Members of the FGC went on their annual weekend away tour to the  Westcoast where they competed against players from the Eastern Cape in the 2015 Pullen Classic.

The Pullen Classic celebrated its 15th anniversary, wherein the Pullen brothers and all close relatives and friends (all originally from Port Elizabeth) compete yearly against each other for the prestigious trophy.

The competition was held over 3 days playing the Vredenburg GC, Shelley Point GC and ending at Langebaan Country Club.

After some tough competition amongst the players the Fisantekraal Team came out victorious in 2 matches and were then crowned the winner of the 2015 Pullen Classic.

The weekend was all about having fun and meeting players from different walks of life.

At the closing ceremony the Pullen team (all in good faith) handed the winning trophy to the Fisantekraal GC who will have to challenge the cup again next year in the Eastern Cape.
